Scientific activity:
- 2007 - Master of Arts in Law. Magistry thesis: Expropriation of real estate under Art. 124 of the Real Estate Management Act. Supervisor: professor Marek Szewczyk
- 2010 - Doctor of law. PhD dissertation: Cassation law basis in the court-administrative procedure. Supervisor: professor Andrzej Skoczylas.
- 2015 - Habilitation degree. Habilitation thesis: Res iudicata of administrative court’s judgment
- 2020 – Full professorship. Professor`s monograph: Prescription in administrative law.
Main research interests:
- International and constitutional framework for the functioning of the judiciary (genesis, system, procedure, effectiveness of judicial control) with particular emphasis on the administrative judiciary in Poland and in the world,
- administrative proceedings (taking into account its special procedures) and administrative enforcement proceedings. Creation of the legal framework of the European administrative procedure,
- comparative public law (genesis, methodology, cultural contexts of different legal orders).
