The purpose of this research is to gain material necessary to prepare a PhD thesis. The study will be conducted in two stages. The first will be based on the examination of case files in some prosecutor’s offices and courts. The second stage will involve sending out questionnaires to above institutions in order to verify the data obtained from case files examination.
